Return & Refund Policy

We want you and your pet to love your Pawnest Hoodie. If you are not happy with your order, you can return it within 14 days after delivery.

How to return
1. Email us at cubbynestbusiness@gmail.com within 14 days after delivery, with your order number.
2. We will reply with the return address and instructions. Please do not send anything back before we confirm.
3. Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition and packaging.

Return shipping
Unless the item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, the cost of return shipping is paid by the customer. Please use a tracked shipping service, because we cannot refund items that do not reach us.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund your payment to your original payment method within 14 days. The original shipping cost is not refunded unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged, defective or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, email us within 14 days after delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will send a replacement or refund you in full, including shipping, at no cost to you.

Cancellations
You can cancel your order before it ships. Email us as soon as possible with your order number.
